Guitar Lesson - Experiment: Practicing 5 Days a Week – Day 4
Nevertheless, I put in my 30 minutes on the keyboard at home and since I had some spare time at work I was able to use that time to work on my arpeggios. All in all it wasn't as productive as I would have liked, so I will need to keep an eye on this situation in the future. As I look forward to today, I'm already finding it a little difficult to keep away from my guitars. I'm not really feeling guilty yet, which is good, but I tend to gravitate towards them when I need to kill some time. Still, the whole basis of this experiment is to see whether rest time will have a positive effect on my development, so I will need to avoid playing and just rest.
