Guitar Lesson - Experiment: Practicing 5 Days a Week – Day 22
Here's my weekend in a nutshell:

Day 19
I had other important work to do so I decided to take the day off. Approximately 4 consecutive hours were spent at work, and that was followed by a late lunch.

Day 20
I wasn't feeling well so I took the day off. I jammed a little bit with a friend later on.

Day 21
I spent a bit of time practicing and jamming. My practice time was spent accordingly:
  • Warm-up Exercises (6 minutes)
  • Review (15 minutes)
    • Jazz Arpeggios
    • Steve Morse Picking Exercise
    • Arpeggios From Hell
    • I Know You're Here
    • Red Flag
  • Eric Johnson's "Cliffs Of Dover" (35 minutes)
  • The Mourning Widows' "Paint The Town Red" (12 minutes)
  • Paint The Town Red (12 minutes)
  • Red Flag (22 minutes)
Today
This week I intend to take today and tomorrow off. I always find it a little harder to find adequate practice time on days that I'm teaching so I'm going to leave my practice until later in the week.
